After wrapping up another successful Invictus Games in Orlando, FL, Prince Harry teamed up with his brother and sister-in-law for another meaningful cause.
Kate Middleton and Prince William worked with the red-headed royal in London today (May 16) to literally knock out mental illness.
The Duchess of Cambridge worked with three-time world champion boxer Duke McKenzie to throw a few punches for a good cause. The boxer told the press that Kate “couldn’t wait to get the gloves on and had a wicked punch.” McKenzie added, “Harry’s a banger – make no mistake about it. He runs like a Bentley or a Rolls Royce – he purrs quite well. I’ve boxed my whole life and he’s got a fair punch on him.”

According to the organization, Mind charity, boxing is a wonderful way to stimulate the mind. Keeping fit is a very is critical for everyone’s health, especially for those with mental health problems.
