Little monsters meet Mrs. Gaga.
Lady Gaga shows yet another set of skills in a new PSA for Staples as she teams with the office supply company for it’s Staples for Students program. The pop star surprised a classroom of kids at Walter Reed Middle School in Hollywood by announcing herself as their sub for the day.
“I am Lady Gaga, and I will be your substitute teacher,” she said before getting cut off by a student. “Wait are you the real Lady Gaga?” a child asked to which Gaga responded, “Yes, it’s me.”

The fundraising campaign program, which supports public education around the country, will benefit Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and DonorsChoose.org. To kick things off, Staples for Students donated $2 million to the causes.
“Not having materials at school is a real problem. That puts a child at a deficit,” Gaga said. “Before we fix that problem, we need to acknowledge that problem.”
Also, Staples launched a contest that will award a lucky entrant a $50,000 scholarship and tickets to Gaga’s Joanne World Tour in Las Vegas.
Giving away a special scholarship + tickets to come see me at the #JOANNEWorldTour stop in Vegas too 😊 https://t.co/oJC9rJ8PrU @Staples

According to AdWeek, Gaga’s appearance was unscripted and was completely genuine as she asked the kids about their goals and dreams.
“I’m here today to promote a positive learning environment,” said Gaga, adding, “I want kids to love themselves fearlessly.”
