She’s been busy promoting her new children’s book, but Kelly Clarkson took some time out of her tour to break it down with her two-year-old daughter, River.
Earlier this week, the American Idol singer tweeted a darling video of her and the cutie pie dancing to Salt-N-Pepa’s Push It. The little jiggy was not only fun, it was also for a great cause.
Along with the clip, Clarkson wrote, “.@followtheblonde challenge accepted by me & River Rose 4 #DiabetesDanceDare I now challenge the whole cast of @NBCTheVoice & @gwenstefani.”

This challenge, which is similar to the 22 Push-Up Challenge and the Ice Bucket Challenge, raises awareness for diabetes.
The Diabetes Dance Dare raises money and awareness to the fact that an American is diagnosed with the disease every 23 seconds.
Kelly wasn’t the only star to get involved. Shaquille O’Neal and Usher also shared videos of their dances for the challenge and urged fellow celebrities to get involved. Check out their videos below!
