Celebrity-Filled Save a Childs’ Heart Award Ceremony Held at Sony Picture Studios
For the second year in a row, the West Coast Save A Child’s Heart celebration and award ceremony will take place at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City on Sunday, November 15, from 6 to 10 p.m. This star-studded night will work toward building a healthier and happier world for children all around the world. The Israel-based Save A Child’s Heart Foundation began 20 years ago as a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of children with heart disease and offering to improve pediatric care in impoverished countries by training local medical personnel.
To date, the organization, located at the Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Israel, has treated over 3,600 children and prides itself on offering care that unites people from all cultural and religious backgrounds. Through its efforts, a child is saved every 29 hours by the compassion and expertise of SACH’s volunteer medical professionals.
