Riccardo Tisci, creative director of well-known brand Givenchy, has made some recent changes that are monumental. Having connections to a multitude of celebrities, the director has decided that the presence of the brand in the United States needs to grow.

Due to this, the annual showcase Givenchy attends in September for Paris Fashion Week will now be moved to New York. The decision helps aid the expansion of the designer label, and the spring 2016 women’s collection will be shown during that week in New York. With many famous faces endorsing the brand, it shouldn’t be difficult to create a stable foundation for the label in America. Familiar faces may even grace the runways during fashion week, like Kendall Jenner, who has modeled for Givenchy before. In addition to showing their collection in the fall, a New York based store is set to open on Madison Ave., to join the only two other U.S. locations (Las Vegas and Miami).
